1.3 Amendments to Terms

1.4 Governing Language
These Terms are written and published in English. English is the sole governing language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight and shall not be used in the interpretation or resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.
1.5 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
Access to 88abt and participation in any wagering activity offered through the platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account.
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the 88abt Service. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or above. 88abt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the age of the holder cannot be verified to be 18 or above will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The 88abt platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. 2.3 Single Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on 88abt. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 88abt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
2.4 No Play on Behalf of Others
You must at all times play exclusively on your own behalf. Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of another individual, whether or not that individual is a Bangladesh resident, is not permitted. Acting as an agent, intermediary, or proxy for another person in relation to betting or gaming activities on 88abt is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Age verification notice: 88abt is committed to preventing underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately frozen. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) after investigation, and no winnings will be paid out. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control tools to restrict access to online gambling platforms.
88abt operates a strict minimum age policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including before any withdrawal is processed.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit documentary proof of identity (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a transaction flagged for review. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 88abt support may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88abt support immediately. 88abt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Account Accuracy Obligations
You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number, payment method details, or contact information changes, you are responsible for updating your account accordingly. 88abt cannot be held responsible for failed payments or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 88abt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally integrated payment methods. 88abt does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
88abt currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard arrangements, may be available subject to player account verification status and prevailing platform policy. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit applied at the platform level, though individual payment provider limits may apply. Deposits are credited to your 88abt balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 88abt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.
All deposited funds must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity on the 88abt platform. Depositing funds without the intention to wager — for example, to exploit currency arbitrage or to conduct money transfers through the platform — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all 88abt players. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified bKash and Nagad accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary for other payment methods and during periods of high demand.
Before any withdrawal is approved, the full KYC verification process must be complete. 88abt reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds where there is any concern regarding account security, identity fraud, or compliance obligations.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
88abt is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification, delay transactions, freeze accounts, or report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the platform is being used for illicit financial purposes. Players are reminded that all deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source owned by the registered account holder.

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
88abt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional material as well as the general conditions set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses
Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the registration process, are aged 18 or above, and have not previously been identified as engaging in bonus abuse. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account (bKash/Nagad number). Attempting to claim a bonus more than once through multiple accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonus offers carry wagering requirements — a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and any game-type restrictions applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated bonus winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, hedging across accounts, or any other technique designed to circumvent the intent of a promotional offer is considered bonus abuse. 88abt reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
88abt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions may be subject to time limits, minimum deposit thresholds, and specific game restrictions. Players are advised to read all promotional terms before opting in to any bonus offer. Past availability of a promotion does not guarantee its future availability.
Promotional calendar note: 88abt aligns many bonus offers with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season, IPL tournament period, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All seasonal promotions are denominated in BDT and carry clearly published English terms accessible through the promotions section of the platform.

Section 6
User Obligations
As a registered user of the 88abt platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations throughout the lifetime of your account. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.
6.1 Lawful Use Only
You agree to use the 88abt platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes upon the rights of third parties, or facilitates any illegal or fraudulent activity.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88abt:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.

- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known glitch are void.

6.3 Accurate Information Obligation
You must ensure that all information associated with your account — including identity documents submitted for KYC, payment method details, and contact information — is accurate, current, and belongs to you personally. Submitting forged or altered documents is a criminal offence and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
6.4 Self-Monitoring Obligation
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for monitoring your own gambling behaviour. 88abt provides responsible gaming tools to assist you, but it remains your responsibility to use those tools proactively and to seek help if gambling is having a negative effect on your finances, health, or relationships.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
88abt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The circumstances under which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to, the situations described below.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension
88abt may suspend an account — temporarily restricting access and freezing the account balance — where there is a reasonable basis to investigate any of the following: suspected fraud, identity theft, underage gambling, bonus abuse, money laundering, use of automated tools, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that may compromise the security or integrity of the platform or other players.
7.2 Grounds for Permanent Closure
Following investigation, 88abt may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Where an account is closed for cause, 88abt reserves the right to void all pending bets and promotional balances. The treatment of any remaining real-money balance will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and the specific circumstances of the breach.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your 88abt account at any time by contacting our support team. Before a voluntary closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) subject to standard KYC requirements. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to identity re-verification.
7.4 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen, or permanently if a permanent exclusion is requested. During a self-exclusion period, 88abt will take reasonable steps to decline any attempt to register a new account from the same individual. Real-money balances remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the registered payment method after settlement of any open bets.
Note on balance treatment: In all cases of account closure other than closure for confirmed fraud or money laundering, genuine deposited funds held in the account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the originating BDT payment method subject to completion of identity verification.
